tarts and gardening, what a perfect saturday...

I bought my first tart pan while i was in Beacon, NY. last week. I couldn't wait to whip something up and here it is. A blueberry, lemon curd tart with graham cracker crust and yummy cream on top. It's an amalgamation of two recipes and some Sarah Fe improvisation.








Many of last years flowers sprouted once again in our tiny garden. Our gardening session was cut short due to an impromptu thunder storm but i was able to get some lovely flower shots.

There is nothing quite like summertime in New York City. So much to do and so much of it for free! When we heard there was a huge old time telescope installation which lets you say hi to Londoners, we had to see it for ourselves.
